  • Organizing and staging the home for optimal presentation

  • Sorting and pricing all items for sale

  • Researching your special treasure’s value for fair and competitive pricing

  • Advertising and marketing the sale across multiple platforms

  • Managing the sale days including signage, staffing, and customer service

  • Post-sale cleanup and removal of unsold items (if requested…for an additional fee)
